subcategories of limited resource, retirement and residential, with sales less than $250,000.

** Mid-size farm is defined using USDA's category of intermediate farm, which includes the
subcategories of low sales and high sales, with sales less than $250,000.

*** Large (Commercial) farm is defined using USDA’s category of commercial farm, which
includes the subcategories of large, very large and nonfamily.
