When planning renovations or new construction in your community …

#1. Do you consider water use efficiency (i.e. water efficient landscaping, stormwater design, innovative wastewater technology, water use reduction)?

#2. Do you consider energy use efficiency (i.e. technology to optimize energy performance, on-site renewable energy, reduce energy use)? [ ] Yes [ ] No If so, please state briefly what you did or submit related documentation.

#3. Do you consider content of material (i.e. recycled, reused, regionally sourced, renewable, certified wood) ? [ ] Yes [ ] No If so, please state briefly what you did or submit related documentation.

#4. Do you consider indoor environmental quality (i.e. acoustical performance, increased ventilation, low-emitting materials, daylight and views, thermal comfort, mold prevention)? [ ] Yes [ ] No If so, please state briefly what you did or submit related documentation.

On an ongoing basis in your community …

Do you have a special group (stewardship, care of creation, land use, sustainability) of people (community members, staff, neighbors, etc.) that regularly advises the administration on or monitors environmental, human health, stewardship and related issues affecting the community and affected by the community?
