Catholic colleges and universities from around the country are finding ways to care for the environment. From installing more efficient heating and cooling systems, as well as low-flow shower heads in dorms, to using 100 percent recycled napkins in the dining service and recycling edible food waste, these schools are finding more and more ways to be good stewards of creation. I think the going green is a good hope for the schools.
I also think that it would be a good middle school project too.
